🔧 Fixes and Improvements

TV Channels:
TV facility details are now retained and remain available after a channel is disabled or manually re-enabled.
Calculation:
Fixed an issue that was erroneously showing a warning about band plans.
SoundSync:
Note card text now scales with font size instead of card size.
Live Scan Data:
Fixed an issue that prevented live scan data devices from saving for certain users.
Global:
The frequency plot IMD heat map no longer clips to a zone's min/max frequencies — it now uses the full extents of the plot.

Site location can now be edited directly in the site settings window.

Site view settings now persist across project imports.
